Development of sponsors and moderators webpage #40

- steem-js to get data from api - container component - sponsor component - follow button
- also deleting unused dependency - adding route for sponsors
- moved api call to the higher component
- added recursion to get whole account history to get incoming delegations - avatar is now div background instead of img
- based on sponsors page - used already existing api methods to get users and filter moderators
- component is now getting data from api endpoint
